I can say that, without a doubt, the service I received at Geek Squd in the Best Buy store in Nashua, NH was the worst that I've received anywhere for any type of transaction. There is nothing they did right, and they couldn't have done anything more wrong.

Outcome? I have my "completely fixed" computer back, after more than a week, and nothing that I took it in for is fixed. Every step of the way this was a knock-my-head-against-the-wall experience.

Never again. I will stay away from Best Buy simply to avoid having to deal with the Geeks.
