This last service started July 14 and I still haven't got it back. It is now August 19. They fixed it and sent it back to the store. The store decided it wasn't fixed so they sent it back for service. They claim the No Lemmon policy doesn't apply. They are such rip offs and take forever to to attempt to repair anything. I wouldn't use them, unless you can wait 2 or 3 weeks to get your computer back. I am very pissed off!

| 2. Written by Chris, on 20-01-2010 16:29 We used Geek Squad for a number of things earlier this year. We purchased a new pc from Best Buy, had them load our software on it, had them clean up the spyware and malware on it a few months later, they helped us with a wireless issue we were having, etc. Unfortunately the service always seemed overpriced and not on par with some advice on services friends had given us. We did come across a company called Secure Remote Support, which provides similar services for lesser cost, and better workmanship. The biggest seller to me was that their technicians are based in the United States. I would not recommend going to geeksquad for computer repair but instead looking up secureremotesupport.com. Their service in my opinion is superior and less costly. |

4. Written by jessicab, on 24-09-2009 11:03 I totally agree with you!! My laptop is with them again for the 3rd time in 6 mths!!! They refuse to give another one, yet always say that it is fixed when it returns, yet with in a week or a day i need to bring it back in! |
| 5. Written by Hmm, on 12-09-2009 16:12 They actually do state in the letter you recieve in the mail asking you to re-up your plan that the no-lemon policy does NOT extend.. If you'd read the policy closer instead of just tossing it to the side you'd be able to understand. |
