One More on the Geek Squad!

I took my Dell Desktop to the Geeks on 3/3/08. FINALLY I was able to pick it up on 3/17/08, only to find it was in worse shape than when I brought it in. Took it right back and they called the next day to say it was done. HA! I don't think they even took it off the check-in counter! So now, $199 later, I've got a 2 year old computer that won't work. I'm spreading the word FAR & WIDE to avoid the Geek Squad and Best Buy! Paula-Centennial, CO.
