So last week I filed a claim because heaphones I purchaced from Best Buy no longer work. So the agent says we will send an email in 12 to 48 hours so time goes by and no email. I phone back and they say they have the wrong email address. I give them the right email address and 48 hours pass and still no email. They say they jave the wrong email address again. Sounds like extreme incompatence

Normally l love Geek Squad agents. Today, Bill was impatient, had an irriatable attitude, would not listen, and gave inaccurate information. When he rolled his eyes at me for insisting he listen to my request before responding l took my computer back and said l would come back when there was a different person working because he was rude and l didn't like him.
