Normally l love Geek Squad agents. Today, Bill was impatient, had an irriatable attitude, would not listen, and gave inaccurate information. When he rolled his eyes at me for insisting he listen to my request before responding l took my computer back and said l would come back when there was a different person working because he was rude and l didn't like him.

I drop poured my phone off on 1/30 at the Orange, ct location for a cracked screen. I have made multiple attempts to speak to a live person at the store but get only recorded options or hung up on. 3 times. My phone was to be back last week, yet still only showing checked in. I am a home care nurse and can't be without my phone for over a week, all for a cracked screen!
