Geek Squad - The worst

I had a plan with them before i get it the workers at best buy lied me abt the price once i had the plan with geek squad i use to have more viruses on my laptop which i didnt have before. They charge monthly but the service is not satisfying. I've canceled my monthly plan with them and my laptop is free from viruses. I dont recommend it at all its waste of money.

Geek Squad - Horrible unprofessional ripoff

After paying days ahead of visit the tech calls and says they can't work on our security system and since they only will help with one complaint and he gets here and says it's another !! 200 dollars to program our remote?! Really? He was here a total of 10 minutes! Horrible service will never use again
