Had Geek Squad tech in home to fix internet connectivity issues.While here he decided that my computer needed some tweaking.
After he left I discovered that none of my Office programs work (they worked fine before he arrived). Spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad people and let them into my computer to fix the tech's screw up. They could not help. Spoke with many people at Geek Squad.
They could have cared less. I run a business out of my home. They said they could have another tech here in EIGHT days. Spoke with the tech that messed up my computer this morning and he offered no help but to take it into the store.
Meanwhile, I am out of business and Best Buy could care less.Do not use the Geek Squad unless you are prepared to spend hours trying to fix what they mess up.
