Made appointment on august 10 for Augusta 24 for tech to come to my house to diagnose my 2 tvs hit by lightning.Appointment was 8-12.
No one showed. I called at 12. Said they made a mistake. Spent 3 hours on phone talked to 12 different people and nothing.
Was even told if I pay $250 they would send someone out on a 911 basis. Still have not heard from anyone to rectify situation.
Called corporate and nothing.I guess they don't need business.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
