Made appointment on august 10 for Augusta 24 for tech to come to my house to diagnose my 2 tvs hit by lightning. Appointment was 8-12.

No one showed. I called at 12. Said they made a mistake. Spent 3 hours on phone talked to 12 different people and nothing.

Was even told if I pay $250 they would send someone out on a 911 basis. Still have not heard from anyone to rectify situation.

Called corporate and nothing. I guess they don't need business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

If your tellys were hit by lightning, you must not have had surge suppressors hooked up between them and the wall receptacle, tho even with the surge suppressor the odds are you would have had damage to the tellys. Rather than paying Geek Squad to "diagnose" them, throw them out as they are most likely beyond repair for a reasonable price and get new ones---the damage caused by the lightning is most likely extensive and even if you fix one thing, another is likely to show itself soon.
