Despite scheduling an in home service two weeks in advance, the Geek Squad managed to reschedule my appointment, on the date they were expected to other dates 1-2 weeks out.All without letting me know.
Then I talked to a supervisor who got me back on the schedule "lock & knowledged" the appointment for 12-4. I left my house for 5 minutes at 11:25 and despite my neighbor saying I would be back (and I was) he didn't wait and left the "sorry I missed you tag" under my door mat.
He had my number and didn't call me and couldn't wait for 5 minutes.2 hours on the phone with these IDIOTS was not worth it"
