My experience with the Geek Squad Call Centre revealed them to be disorganized, uninformed, and generally unhelpful. After 90 minutes and three different employees at Geek Squad Canada, I was informed that to get my screen replaced (single crack - fell on concert) there would be a $113 deductible, and then later told it was actually $105 deductible. Took to Apple Store, quoted $109 to fix the screen. Called Geek Squad to see where to take the phone, suggested Best Buy which would cost me $199 for deductible, wth! Useless and ripoff, customer service was a joke, on the phone for 2 1/2 hours with no satisfaction. Geek Squad at Best Buy was rude, uninterested in my dilemma and quite frankly ***. You get NOTHING for this plan except a headache and wasted time DO NOT INVEST IN GEEK SQUAD...

I was told when i purchased this useless insurance that it would cover any damage to the phone or if it was lost or stolen. I went in today to get a replacement because the phone will not charge properly. The charging port is bad. I was told at firat that it only covers lost or stolen and then after i got upset she said that i could get a new phone with a $200 deductible. I was told none of this garbage.
