I drop poured my phone off on 1/30 at the Orange, ct location for a cracked screen. I have made multiple attempts to speak to a live person at the store but get only recorded options or hung up on. 3 times. My phone was to be back last week, yet still only showing checked in. I am a home care nurse and can't be without my phone for over a week, all for a cracked screen!

I have a contract with Geek Squad - good luck, if you have a problem other than the standard virus removal, they choke. Also- customer service is terrible - they try to mandate all go through their appointment system which is a nightmare - try maneuvering through their animated phone system - they do all they can to make you hang up.... very disappointed

On Jan 9, 2017 I was charged for a yearly service plan from the Geek Squad. I wanted the plan cancelled since this was an unauthorized withdrawal. When I called the 1st time, Geek Squad told me it would be 1-2 business days before the money was put back into my account.
