We are long customers of Best Buy. We have purchased an electric oven ($ 1,000 ), Dishwasher ( $500) two laptops ( $ 500 each ) and a Lenovo all-in-one ( $500).

The Lenovo recently developed a glitch; it would shut off when I stopped using it during the day. I spoke with a friend of mine who mentioned that the setting needed to be re-adjusted. He tried to walk me through it, but I didn't complete the task. He suggested that I visit best buy Geek squad for some advice.

They would not offer any advice ( freely) and tried to sell me a $199 annual package. I declined their offer, went home, googled the problem and in 5 minutes I reset the setting to their original default position.

Problem solved, what in the *** has happened to customer service. No more money spent at Best buy.,Type your message here

WAS WAITING FOR NOTIFICATION OF RENEWAL SO I COULD CANCEL SERVICE, NEVER GOT NOTIFICATION AND DID NOT REALIZE IT HAD BEEN RENEWED UNTIL THE CC STATEMENT CAME. CALLED BB TO CANCEL SERVICE AND GET A CREDIT - THEY ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS- TOOK MANY DAYS AND APPROX 4 HOURS TO GET TO INTELLIGENT LIFE THAT COULD PUT TWO ENGLISH WORDS TOGETHER.
