Geek Squad in Spokane, Washington - Cancelled Total Tech Support within 5 days, NO REFUND AFTER 4 WEEKS

The customer service operation is clearly overseas, and does not help. I got three different answers as to where my refund is. I will be going in to Best Buy and demanding the refund from them, directly, while I wait. I love Best Buy but this Total Tech company is clearly fraudulent..

Worst possible customer care. It is 8:13PM and I’m still waiting for a tech to come out! I was given a 12-5PM window, rushed out of work not wanting to be late only to be kept waiting for OVER 8h for a tech to come out and repair my dryer! I called 4 times, each time I was given different estimates as to when the tech might be here. Last I was told a window between 6:30-8! It’s been a horrible experience and I hope no one ever will need anything repaired by this awful excuse for a company!

FYI: there is no need to pay for anti virus software. There are many free, and good ones, eg., Avast.
