Geek Squad Warranty Review

Dropped my phone and cracked screen. Geek squad warranty sent me a replacement that was worse than my original phone. Mic does not work, phone dies not ring and turns itself off. They said they would send another replacement but would take a week. No quality control on the junk they use fir replacement and I had to pay a deductible. Total fraud!!!!!
