worst experience ever dont loose ur time dont buy *** from best buy cause there warranty sucks its a rip off but they did charged me 200 for ther *** service next step a law suit for best buy and geek squad

Did you file a law suit? They took my tv and did not exchange it.

So I'm with out a tv that was under warranty. I want to file myself.

They kept me in this continuous loop for four days and I still donot have a tv. They are terrible to customers their warrantee ain't worth the paper it was written on.

no no law suit i cut my loss i just talk to the main manger of best buy i gave them so much *** and told them that there service is a piece of *** but in gd words and they came up with an agreement they changed my tv for a new one but no warranty so i said watever i can get is fine i was gonna go smash the tv in front of ther store so a new tv it was gd but they took my 200 bucks of warranty too.and i told them i wil post my story all over facebook and bbb.try better business bureau it works sorry for the bad experience but i will never go back to best buy go to wallmart instead *** best buy
