I was sold the 24/7 tech support software package and lied to by associate on what it all covered. The issue I had with my PC was hardware not software.

Best Buy ended up refunding my money for the pc, because of the same issue it had several times. I canceled the 24/7 support and was told they would refund my money as well, however I am still waiting on the refund. When I called Geek Squad the associates tell me something different everytime. First it's I would receive it within 7-10 days, than it was the system error that didn't allow refunds, than another associate said I won't get a refund.

Yesterday when I called and talked to a supervisor she said it's in process I would get my refund.

She said the same thing as the associates, when I wanted more details she said she would have to call me back within 30 minutes, this never happened. Geek Squad is horrible to deal with, not serious and they do not work in the customers favor.
