@bestbuycanada Extremely disappointed with #BestBuyCanada #GeekSquadCanada.Took 1 hour on phone with rep.
to make a claim for replacement phone who still listed wrong address. UPS called to confirm address thank goodness.
And...when the box arrived there was no phone nor gift card as indicated! Paid $448 deposit for replacement phone. Not acceptable.
Now I have to spend more time = $$ to resolve this. Best Buy developing into Worst Buy for me. Used to love this co. Please do right by me.
Looking for satisfactory action taken now.#BestBuy #GeekSquad
