I just spent over a half hour trying to make an appointment with the Geek squad to pick up a device that's already paid for.I'm still on hold with the 3rd person I spoken to so far- I can't log on to my account because I forgot my password.
I can't access my personal email from work, so I can't change my password. And I can't do it through the phone app because there is no wifi access here. So annoying. All I want to do is run in and pick up my laptop.
and I'm still on phone hold over a 45 minutes later.Need an alternate solution for people who live "in the middle of nowhere".

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Create a pick up line in the Geek Squad section. If the repairs are prepaid, all the worker has to do is get the item, hand it to the customer, no lines, no waiting. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
