Sent my phone in for repair oct 30 and it is now January 5 and still trying to get it fixed Lost my phone and sent me someone else’s phone then asked me to turn it on (privacy act ) I have talked to several staff members over two months , they hung up on me three times ,, I asked twice to speak with a supervisor and told they weren’t available . I got a name micheal (supervisor name and left a message twice to talk to him with no reply Worst customer servive ever I will make sure everyone I tell to find a different company to fix there equipment I would rate my experience as a 1 Is the company that afraid of there customers that they don’t want to talk to them so said DON’T EVER GET GEEK WARRANTY Big waste of money
