Purchased $10.99/month plan for my iphone that allegedly covered accidental damage, ie. cracked screen.

Took to Apple Store, quoted $109 to fix the screen. Called Geek Squad to see where to take the phone, suggested Best Buy which would cost me $199 for deductible, wth! Useless and ripoff, customer service was a joke, on the phone for 2 1/2 hours with no satisfaction.

Geek Squad at Best Buy was rude, uninterested in my dilemma and quite frankly ***. You get NOTHING for this plan except a headache and wasted time DO NOT INVEST IN GEEK SQUAD INSURANCE YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION TRUST ME!!!
