Went to the store after not receiving any follow up from a Geek Squad manager. Tv has been replaced with an updated newer model.

I have had Geek Squad out to my home 4 times already due to the sound not working on my 65 inch Sony. The original problem is no audio from the HDMI ports.

On the first visit She diagnosed the Main board the first time.

On the 2nd visit he replaced the main board But the software wouldn’t take because he said the board was bad from stock so he ordered a new main board.

When he reinstalled our original board the tv still didn’t want to power up so now the tv is dead.

On the 3rd visit, after he removed the tv from the wall by himself, he replaced the main board again and when They loaded the software again it still didn’t work so he re-diagnoses it as the T Con board.

The tech then left the tv on the floor against the wall with no protection at all.

On the 4th visit he replaced the T Con board but That didn’t fix it so now they say the ribbon cable is bad between the 2 boards. So, all this time has passed and we have an expensive wall ornament on our wall that doesn’t work at all!!!

After numerous phone calls and one trip to Best Buy we have no resolution.

To say we are unhappy is an understatement.
